Combat Conditioning

Our Combat Conditioning class is a utilitarian functional strength program which uses kettlebells, gada maces, calisthenics, and roadwork exercises to enhance mobility, endurance, and explosive strength. Our blend of functional resistance, cardio, and ballistic movements produces extraordinary results for combat sports athletes as well as ordinary people. This class is a group-based fitness model with a strong emphasis on proper form and technique. The program is run by Kyle Helsper, a certified kettlebell instructor under Steve Maxwell.
