Do I need any special equipment?

For the first class, no equipment is needed. After the first class, students must have their own Boxing Gloves, Shin Pads, and Mouthguard.

What should I wear to class?

Clean and comfortable athletic wear like a t-shirt and shorts is sufficient. Under Armour material and sweatpants are acceptable as well. Please no zippers/buttons, and no cut-off sleeves or tank tops.

Who can participate in Kickboxing classes?

Our Kickboxing program is open to Men and Women aged 13 and up, regardless of experience level.

Do I need prior martial arts experience to join?

No, our program caters to both beginners and advanced students. Our instructors tailor training to your skill level.

What are the health benefits of Kickboxing?

Kickboxing enhances cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and endurance. It's excellent for reducing body fat and increasing muscle tone.

Is Kickboxing good for self-defense?

Muay Thai is a style of Kickboxing,  a more specific and traditional martial art. While "Kickboxing" is a blanket term that includes various striking styles.

What if I'm out of shape or have no prior fitness experience?

Our program is designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels, and you can gradually build your stamina and skills.

Can I train in both Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Absolutely! We recommend training both Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for well-rounded self-defense skills.
