Our kickboxing class blends the techniques of traditional Muay Thai with Western Boxing and some methods of American Kickboxing and Dutch Kickboxing. This class incorporates all aspects of stand-up striking using focus pad and heavy bag drills, foot work, defense, and striking with the hands, feet, knees, and elbows. This class is good for self-defense, and absolutely vital for anyone who wants to compete in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
The kickboxing class is oriented for conditioning, burning an average of 800 calories in one hour! Here you will get the best aerobic workout while improving skill, strength, flexibility, and speed.
